An escape room is an engaging and immersive experience where a group collaboratively solves puzzles and challenges within a themed room to successfully escape within a given time frame.

Each room has a time limit of 60 minutes.

There is no entry to those under the age of 5 years at UK Escape Games.

Children aged 15 and under will need a participating adult aged 18 or over as part of their team entering the games.

Children aged 16 – 17 are permitted to enter the games unaccompanied, however a responsible adult (18+) must remain in the Kernow Escape building for the duration of their visit. To book for groups of under 16s, please contact us.

Please note, due to some of the themes of the games, not all of them will not be suitable for younger team members – call in to talk to a member of our team about how best to meet the needs of your group.

How to find us

There are a multitude of car parks available in Falmouth – we are a short walk from Church Street Carpark, Well Lane Car Park and Maritime Car Park

You should arrive at your booked time, your game will start shortly after. Please telephone us on 01326 722358 if you are likely to miss the start time so we can check what, if any, flexibility there is on the day. This will be dependent on other bookings. Please note that if you arrive late this may affect the length of your game, see Terms and Conditions for more details.

Once your booking is made, we will refund or rearrange if the cancellation is made more than 48 hours in advance of the date of the booking.

After this time a rearrangement may be offered but is not guaranteed. We would offer to resell your game for you. If we do manage to resell it you will have a full refund. If we are not able to resell it you will be refunded the difference in the cost of your game and £50 (our minimum price).

If the number of people in your group is less than you booked for and we are not notified more than 48 hours in advance, we may offer a voucher to cover the difference in cost to use against a future game.

Yes, up to the maximum number for the game selected and provided we have been notified in advance and the appropriate cost has been met.

No, there are public conveniences located on Prince of Wales Pier and The Moor.

You can wear whatever you like (shoes and shirts are a must!). We’d recommend wearing footwear which you can move around easily in.

Due to our location on the 1st floor of our building, we have a flight of stairs leading to our facility which is unsuitable for wheelchairs – please contact us if you have questions.

Yes – we love this stuff! Give us a call.

No alcohol is permitted on the premises. Anyone appearing under the influence of alcohol or other substances will be refused entry for safety reasons with no refund being offered.

No, any leaked photos would ruin the experience for other parties. Please refer to our terms and conditions. Our games leaders will happily take photos of your party upon exit of the rooms – if you’re good looking enough they may even end up on our instagram!

No, but you can take your bags/coats into the rooms and find a place to put them.

You can’t – but you can ring us and we may be able to fit you in right away!

No, once you’ve booked you have the exclusive use of that room for the duration of your game.
